職責(zé)描述： 1.負(fù)責(zé)項目從前瞻趨勢分析，CMF方案設(shè)計直至量產(chǎn)，整套的CMF設(shè)計及相關(guān)工作； 2.負(fù)責(zé)收集設(shè)計素材，分析內(nèi)外飾色彩材質(zhì)設(shè)計趨勢，開展相關(guān)的儲備設(shè)計； 3.負(fù)責(zé)整車內(nèi)外飾及零部件的CMF設(shè)計任務(wù)，負(fù)責(zé)色彩材質(zhì)相關(guān)同步開發(fā)供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)溝通。 1. Responsible for the whole CMF design and related work from forward-looking trend analysis, CMF scheme design to mass production. 2. Responsible for collecting design materials, analyzing interior and exterior decoration color material design trend, and carrying out relevant reserve design. 3. Responsible for CMF design of interior and exterior decoration and parts of the whole vehicle, and responsible for technical communication of development suppliers related to color materials. 任職要求： 1.學(xué)歷要求：大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷； 2.專業(yè)要求：工業(yè)設(shè)計、服裝設(shè)計、藝術(shù)設(shè)計、油畫等相關(guān)專業(yè)； 3.工作經(jīng)歷：3年及以上主機(jī)廠、相關(guān)設(shè)計公司或CMF相關(guān)供應(yīng)商的工作經(jīng)歷； 4.專業(yè)技能： 4.1 熟悉CMF設(shè)計開發(fā)流程，對汽車造型設(shè)計流程有一定了解； 4.2 a .對于CMF設(shè)計領(lǐng)域，在噴涂、注塑基材、膜片、紋理、織物、皮革、背光、圖紋設(shè)計等細(xì)分項中，具有1項及以上的專項深入工作經(jīng)驗； b. 有優(yōu)秀的前瞻趨勢分析和研究經(jīng)驗，主導(dǎo)過前瞻類設(shè)計項目（a和b滿足其一即可）； 5.語言要求：流利的英文交流能力。 1.Bachelor’s degree or above. 2.Industrial design, Fashion design, Artistic design, Painting and other related majors. 3.Work experience in OEMs, relevant design company or relevant supplier of CMF for 3 years or above. 4.Professional skills 4.1 Be familiar with CMF design and development process and have a certain understanding of automobile design process; 4.2 a . In-depth expertise in at least one specialized area of CMF design, such as spray coating, injection molding substrates, films/laminates, textures, fabrics, leather, backlighting, or graphic pattern design. b. Excellent experience in forward-looking trend analysis / research, led innovative design projects (meet either a or b). 5. Fluent in English.
